We have carefully considered every aspect of design and the local environment when planning our future winery. The facility will be designed with respect for the Penryn and Placer County communities surrounding it, attention to the art of winemaking, and an appreciation of local resources.
The name “Lecavalier“ is pronounced as “luh-ka-va-lee-ay.”
